[MSP] Search Equity
Step two

The 120-day Search Foundation.

This is where we rebuild the parts of your online presence that decide whether a buyer calls, in four phases over 120 days. That covers your website, the pages buyers search for, every office's Google listing, and a review program your technicians will keep running.

The plan, by days

Four phases, with a re-score at the end.

The 120 days start once we have access to your domain and your current website, and one person on your side is ready to approve pages. Starting before that only uses up days.

  1. Days 0–15: the audit and access

We run the audit if it isn't done already and get access to your domain settings and website. You then sign off the new homepage and one service page before the rest is built.

  2. Days 15–60: the move

Your site moves off WordPress to a fast, server-rendered setup on Cloudflare, and every word, image, URL, form and brand colour comes with it. We also add structured data, security headers and tracking for calls and forms.

  3. Days 60–90: the pages buyers search for

You get a page for each core service, each office location and the industries you serve, limited to the ones people really search for. Every office gets a complete Google Business Profile, and your review program goes live.

  4. Days 90–120: the first re-score

Google needs about four weeks to re-read a moved site, so the re-score comes at the end, measured against your day-0 numbers, and we plan the retainer work from what moved.

Measured, and not promised

What we report, and what depends on you.

Measured against day 0

Page speed on a phone, how many of your pages Google has indexed, Google listing coverage for each office, whether your structured data is valid, new reviews each month, and how often AI assistants name you.

Reported, not promised

Calls, form fills and pipeline are reported every month. By day 120 they depend on your market and your sales team as much as on the work, so I won't put a number on them.

In writing

Three guarantees.

01

Audit refund

Audit refund if nothing is actionable.

02

No ranking loss

No ranking loss: 60 days after we move your site, any page that lost its Google position is fixed at our cost.

03

No lock-in

No lock-in: your site, code and content live in accounts you own, on a documented stack any developer can run.

After day 120

The operating retainer.

We agree on it at day 0, together with the foundation, so the decision to continue isn't made at day 120, when the work is newest and the results are still coming in. The work covers new pages where there's demand, review follow-up, citations and "best of" lists, quarterly checks on what AI assistants say, and a re-score.

Paid search is a separate, optional step once the foundation is live. It isn't part of the audit or the foundation, because organic, local and AI search are cheaper places to start.

MSP groups

The twelfth brand costs a fraction of the first.

For groups that own several local brands, every brand gets the same build on the same template, and each one keeps its own name and voice. The work is done quietly, without any announcements about ownership.

Foundation questions

Before you commit.

Do we have to leave WordPress?

Yes, for the foundation. Your site moves to a fast, server-rendered setup on Cloudflare, and every word, image, URL, form and brand colour comes with it. The layout uses our section template rather than a pixel-for-pixel copy, and a custom-designed page is available as an add-on.

Will we lose our Google rankings when the site moves?

A move is where rankings usually get lost, so every URL is kept or redirected and every page is checked against the live one before we switch. If any page has lost its Google position 60 days after the move, we fix it at our cost.

How long until we see results?

Google takes about four weeks to re-read a moved site, so the first full re-score lands between day 90 and day 120. Reviews start sooner, because the review program is running within 30 days. Calls and form fills are reported every month, but nobody can honestly promise a number for them by day 120.

When does the 120-day clock start?

When we have access to your domain settings and your current website, and one person on your side has been named to approve pages. Starting before that only uses up days.

Do you work with private-equity-backed MSP groups?

Yes. Every brand gets the same build on the same template, so later brands cost a fraction of the first, and each one keeps its own name and voice.

On the call I'll show you your current score and the gaps that would come first in your plan. We only talk about cost after you've seen your findings, and only if it makes sense to.
