[MSP] Search Equity
A 30-minute call with Danny

Let's go through your snapshot together.

I'll have your snapshot ready before we talk, so we can spend the half hour on your business rather than on introductions. Calls are on Zoom, on weekday afternoons Mountain Time, and I take every one of them myself.

The calendar opens on Zoom Scheduler in a new tab. If it won't load, the address is scheduler.zoom.us/danny-devries/search-equity, or you can write to support@dannydevries.com and I'll send you a couple of times.

On the call

What we'll cover in the thirty minutes.

Most owners I talk to have never seen their business the way a buyer sees it when they look it up, so that is where we start.

  1. Your score, on the screen

We'll walk through the five areas of the scorecard together. Every finding comes with a link, so you can check it yourself while we talk.

  2. Where a buyer is most likely to lose you

Usually it comes down to two or three things, like reviews that stopped coming in or a service you sell that has no page of its own. If you run ads, I'll also show you what someone sees on their phone after clicking one.

  3. The one fix I'd do first

You'll leave knowing what to fix first and how to do it, whatever you decide afterwards.

  4. An honest view on whether you need help

If the gaps are things your team can handle, I'll tell you that. If it makes sense to talk about working together, we can cover what that would look like at the end, but only if you want to.

When you book

Three quick questions on the booking form.

Zoom will ask for your company and website, your role, and who looks after your marketing today. That's all I need to have your snapshot ready, and you don't need to prepare anything else.

If you haven't run the one-minute search check yet, it's a good way to see what we're likely to talk about before you pick a time.
